📦 Changes

You can exchange a product within 7 days from the date of receipt, under the following conditions:

• The product has not been used and is in its original condition, without damage.
• It is inside the its original packaging (box, bag, etc.).
• To send the product for exchange, Shipping costs are borne by the customer. (unless it is our mistake).

❗️ Important Information

• Refunds are not accepted.
• Earrings are not changed. for hygiene reasons.
• If you receive a product with defect or mistake, we fully cover the replacement costs.
